Unified Data Platform for a Logistics Giant

ShipFast had data siloed across dozens of different systems, making it impossible to get a unified view of their operations and performance.

We designed and built a centralized data lake on Google Cloud Platform, creating data pipelines to ingest and process information from all their sources. We then built a series of dashboards in Looker to visualize key performance indicators.

Provided a single source of truth for all operational data. Enabled real-time tracking of shipments and performance metrics. Identified inefficiencies that led to a 10% reduction in operational costs.
